Used to be whenever I uncovered a reproducible bug in any Apple software, I could report it and the tech I spoke to would thank me. Today, I found one in my iPhone 4S—told me it had failed to join a WEP network, when in fact it had. This time when I phoned to report it, the tech acted as if she couldn't care less. No biggy. I will live and so will the rest of the Apple community. But along with other reports by friends about a new trend towards indifference by Apple, I suspect we are seeing the new face of an increasingly large Apple Computer. Don't know about you, but I liked 'em better when they were fighting for market share.
