Presumably US Pacific Coast time zone. Macworld's offices are in San Francisco, CA.

I think there must definitely be new MacBooks because if you look at the wwdc2012 pic with the macbooks in it, the power buttons moved, the speakers are smaller, and there's no trackpad!
