Our ministry is going to Shelby and we have to input Check Request in via Windows Remote Desktop Connection. This is not a problem until I need to acquire an image. Everyone else uses Windows PC so they can use TSScan to access their local scanner and import scans directly into Shelby on the RDC. I need something to work that will make my scanner visible. I have done searches but come up short. Any ideas. Thanks

What is inputting check request? Do you mean to say whenever you take remote access via RDP; you are suppose to verify yourself through a scanner? Please clarify. As far as I know, there are various remote support services such as logmeinrescue, gosupportnow, GoToMyPC etc. which provide security over remote connection and do not have any hassle of input check request and so on.
