If they do a Mac Pro update they better included a Thunderbolt port!

Here's hoping too that they will release a definitive list of which models will, or won't be able to run Mountain Lion.

There's no reason to believe they won't, considering they already include it on all currently-shipping Macs.

"And given that WWDC is a developer-focused event, it doesn’t necessarily make it the place to debut an entirely new product line or platform"

Oh, like they did with the first iPhone you mean? :P

New Macs are only "moderately likely?" I'd call that one essentially a lock.

(And I'm already warming up my credit card to order the replacement for my late 2006 MacBook. Either the new 15" MBP I expect or the existing model that it supplants.)

"you can have free noogies" is a vague offer. You stop short of saying who gives, and who receives...

The original iPhone was introduced at MacWorld in January 2007, *NOT* WWDC.

2007 WWDC (http://www.engadget....from-wwdc-2007/) had Hodgman, gaming on Mac, Leopard (with Cover Flow!), Quicklook, widgets, and the one more thing? HTML apps for the iPhone!

What about new APIs for communication between apps. I've heard rumors about that, it's an area where iOS lags behind Android, and this is a developer conference.

1. Retina displays for MacBook Pro?
2. Thunderbolt for Mac Pro?

I believe that's why they wrote "doesn't necessarily make it". There's enough wiggle room in that to drive an iPhone 3GS through.

Is Siri Coming to Ipad?

On the iPad I noticed under Diagnostics & Usage, in the Settings function that there was a Siri update.
