When is iTunes going to update with something that helps me clean up my entire library and album art. I like iTunes but never Loved it. Too proprietary like i'm using a Microsoft application. It would be rally cool if it was like iPhoto and had more of a visual interface. -

I wonder when iTunes will melt together with iPhoto and Aperture and share video and music.

The new Aperture 3.3 and the new iPhoto 9.3 is now sharing the same photo and video libraries. Yahoo!!!

All of that is fine... but does it fix that bug where every time I open iTunes I am asked for my password in order to get automatic downloads? That is very annoying. And the fixes I have read about don't work for me.

My iTunes update didn't come over but I am installing a new Aperture update, which looks significant.

Not seeing "Fixes problem where an AppleTV randomly disconnects from the shared iTunes library."

That sounds like a problem that would require an AppleTV update, rather than an iTunes update.

Strangely my MacBook (Lion) offered me the iPhoto update in Software Update, but no iTunes. And my iMac (Snow Leopard) gave me iTunes 10.3, but no iPhoto update. I'm downloading the iTunes update to the laptop now, and we seek out iPhoto for the iMac in a few minutes. Any other odd things going on?

Ditto here. In fact, the Console (select "All Messages" in the left side-bar, enter "update" in the search field, top-right) lists a bunch of failure messages, such as "can't load package metadata," "Can't load distribution" and "Failed to authorize..." Seems like Apple's servers are overloaded and time-out to each other, thus serving up erratically incomplete response as to what is available for updating. Posted Image

Maybe like iPhoto 2 or so iterations back. The latest is cumbersome at best and I am thinking of retiring it.

Is Apple going to fix the problem with Album Artwork not getting transfered to the iPod/iPhone/iPad when moving Playlists from iTunes?
