Is there a way I can receive hbo go on Apple tv ?

No directly. It you have an HBO subscription, have HBO Go on an iOS device, you've jailbroken that device and installed a utility that unlocks the flag that prevents HBO Go's AirPlay streaming, then you can use AirPlay from the jailbroken device to your Apple TV.
