Hi guys,
it seems like I can't remove hamachi from my mac. Had it installed a couple of months ago, used app cleaner to uninstall it.
Now I want to install it again, version 201 23. When I launch the installer it says a newer version already exist on the hard drive. But this is not the case.
Googled around and found this,
http://www.r2x2.com/...i-from-mac-osx/
Didn't work, terminal says the folders dosent even exist.
Help! Anyone?

Uninstall programs like AppCleaner are inherently unreliable. If a program is complex enough to warrant an installer, an uninstaller pretty much has to be specifically coded for it. And from what I see it seems Hamachi includes one, so I'm curious why you didn't use that.
Which folder(s) are you being told don't exist? (Some of the ones listed there don't by default; they're just appropriate places to look for certain things if they do exist.) The command "rm -r /home//.hamachi" is rubbish. Presumably the writer meant "rm -r ~/.hamachi" and if that's one of the things it told you didn't exist it's an excellent candidate for the cause of your ongoing issue.
