Good luck getting them to dig up your neighborhood! This is what they did in Germantown, where we lived at the time, and presumably did in Leesburg, where we are living now. Look around your neighborhood and try to judge, whether they have a significant market for Triple Play. My guess is that, unless your neighborhood looks like in the linked photo you're waiting for the next big thing in ISP technology, possibly provided by somebody totally different from Verizon.

Unless, of course, your residence has already been wired for FiOS. In that case, $25 will pretty much get you... a good belly laugh from your local Verizon sales rep.
(For those who don't know: Verizon yanks out the copper when you have FiOS installed, and there are very very few circumstances which can actually prompt them to reactivate a disconnected copper wire.)
