My ipod nano, second generation got wet. I plugged it into the computer afterwards. (I know) Now it doesn't work.
I put it in a small bag which I put in a bag of rice to dry which changed nothing.
The battery was fine beforehand and everything worked as per normal.
The screen will light up (sometimes) but nothing shows. The playlist shows up OK in itunes. I tried a reset and a restore which worked but still no joy.
What is my next step?
Also is there a more appropriate forum for this?
Thanks.

I'm sorry, but it would be best if you bought a new iPod. Once an iPod gets wet, it's dead.
