iPhoto pictures in Aperture?

I am getting this message in iPhoto:

This photo is in an Aperture stack and cannot be put into the iPhoto Trash.

I imported all the photos from Aperture back into iPhoto but some pictures are still be "owned" by Aperture. The strange thing is I have no pictures in the Aperture library.,

Any help would be appreciated.
