Emptying Trash Problems error code 8003

In late May someone asked what to do to empty the trash when Finder returned an Error code 8003 and refused to empty the trash. Chris B. gave an answer that used disk utilities. I just had the same error come up and used the "school solution" as revealed on the 911 Blog and the disk utility said I have no problems on my startup disk, and I still can't empty the trash! So what now??
