Interesting, if one has the time to explore.

It even lets you search for part of the image name, although it did give me the beach ball of eternal damnation after clicking wildly, but well...

Holy cow! That's remarkably cool. So much better than mucking about app packages in the finder.

Yep it even works in Snow Leopard. Cool.
And just having read the title, "View a program's graphics in Preview," thanks to Apple's user-friend OS, it was obvious what one should do without even reading the hint, my only doubt being that this is a new feature of OSX7.

How does one access Preview? Can it be purchased somewhere for a Mac?
If on the Mac, how do I find it and instructions how to use it?

tks

Hi there,

If it's not in your desktop dock with your other programs, you can find it in "applications." The icon is a stack of photo prints with a loupe (magnifier). Preview is the the default program to view most anything. But it isn't obvious how to get to it to use it in some ways.

Good luck with your new Mac!
