Quite suddenly several all of my quick access URL "button symbols" are no longer visible in the dock (Lion 10.7.4 on a MacPro). You can mouse over and their titles appear and you can click and access them via Safari, but the are hidden. I deleted dock preferences and I ran Onyx but have had no success. Any ideas?

You may want to read this post on stackoverflow.com.

Also, have you tried deleting the Dock's cache:
rm -rf ~/Library/Caches/com.apple.dock/

And then restarting the dock?
killall Dock

Still no go. Even with the cache deleted.
