And just what is considered "adequate protection"? Who gets to decide that, hopefully not Kodak?
Why not allow Kodak to sell everything but the patents that are in question?
Kodak's claim that that would undermine the value of the sales process is exactly the point, if there are questions about ownership of a product, then that sale should not be allowed to go forward.
I hope Apple and FP file for an injunction on the sale of the patents in question!
