The judge needs to stop badgering the litigANTS. :)

The patent litigants story would have been perfect with just *one* more animal idiom. Go the extra mile.

Mostly good, but the misuse of "crazy like a fox" was jarring and the ill-advised swipe at France is so 2003.

I'm cuckoo for the animal story! the worms who call themselves lawyers in the patent suit feeding frenzy need to fly away and nest somewhere else, as I am completely tired of the cat-and-mouse game of back-and-forth patent litigation.

The Lego Apple store is a disappointment. I kind of thought someone actually built one from those rectangular Lego bricks, not remolded plastic then plunked in premade Lego characters and called it a day.

These aren't remolded. Legos haven't been strictly rectangular for a very long time.

I heard a patent attorney say, "If Lex Friedman mutters my name I'll zoo him for all he's worth!"
