Hey Glenn,
Here's another example of why cloud computing isn't ready for primetime! The world's networking leader can't get it right and is forced to move to an opt-in model because of customer complaints.
Now since we last chatted about this topic, let's see what happened: Apple's App Store corrupted iOS binaries, Microsoft Xbox Live service wedged for five hours, and my Mint.com connectivity issue with American Express waddled into its fourth day before the issue was fixed.
What, in about three days?
