Wondering about macbookk pro

I'm about to get a macbook pro on manday and i was wondering what games would run on the '13 inch with 2.9hz" or the higher end 13 inch. Also would games on the source engine work on osx? Cuz on steam i have over 100 games and have all source games and was wondering if they could be played on the mac. Furthermore would an upgrade to snow leopard be necessary? Also (sorry for the questions) would parallerel be able to run the games?
