Hi, I'm looking for an app that gives me absolute keyboard remapping control. I want to be able to switch different keys, for example I want to switch the enter key and the "L" key. So every time I press "L" it's the same as it I'd pressed the original enter key. In short, I want to be able to completely remap my keyboard.

My problem is that when I'm writing I keep pressing the wrong keys. This is because I went from an american physical keyboard to a swedish and the physical layout of some keys differs. So my finger automatically press enter every time I want to ad a ' when I'm writing.

I've installed both keyboard maestro and keyremap4macbook, but I haven't been able to remap freely. Maybe it's my knowledge of the apps that's lacking.

Any tips?

I've never tried a "total" remapping but I've found Ukelele [sic] to be a workable tool.

Thank you for the tip. I've been messing around with ukulele and it seems to be able to do almost everything I want. My only problem now is that I have to get everything right. ;) I'll probably be messing around with it for a little while. Thank you!
