Somebody needs to put a stake through Daisey's lies already...put a sign outside the theater listing all his lies, so people know what they are buying tickets for.

AWESOME!

To an atheist, G. K. Chesterton somewhere remarked, the universe is the most exquisite mechanism ever constructed by nobody.

Apparently Ballmer has an endless supply of gauntlets to throw down as well as stones to turn. What he hasn't got is a prayer of competing head to head with Apple in anything. Apple just doesn't do mediocre. Microsoft did create a unique smartphone OS, but they've decided to ruin it by putting it in tablets without any significant application support. Anyone buying a Windows 8 Surface tablet will be paying for a pig in a poke - literally - and most particularly in the ARM version of the tablet. Caveat emptor.
