Your answer to "Is there a way for me to change my Apple ID from my old email address to my new me.com account without losing everything that I have bought in Itunes?" is not correct with respect to .me accounts. .me is considered an Apple ID already ad the link you prove will not allow you to change another email address to a .me one.

I agree with MaryAnnSinwell. Its not possible to change a me.com or mac.com address to a non-Apple addrs and its also not possible to change from a non-Apple address to a me.com or mac.com address.
I love Macworld and get a great deal of benefit from their articles. But I would like to make a suggestion - they should put in place a policy where they publish a correction when a published article includes incorrect information. Its a basic standard of journalism. Surely no-one could argue that incorrect information be left as is.

Of course in this case there isn't any Apple documentation which explains that you cannot change a non-Apple address to a mac.com or me.com address. But even in these circumstances it would still be good if Macworld were to publish a correction.

I have thtree IPods . It seems like my music playlists disappeared on one and I am afraid to use any of the IPods in fear of losing my playlists. What can I'd o to make sure my IPod lists don't disappear?

My nephew clear my app and iPhone to factory setting. How can I get my music back? I can get into my iTunes account, but I can't find my playlist. Unfortunatly my home was broken into and they stole my home computer in my home office. What can I do to find my playlist? I hope there is something I can do other than just getting my previous downloads that I can't play on any iPod dock!
