3gp movie format and (seperatly) .midi's

ok... what can i use to play/convert .3gp movie files from my phone.
and i have been using cacaphony for my audio editing but it doesnt support .midi what should i use

for 3gp, you can use quicktime pro to convert to and from a particular supported format. u have to download the 3gp codec for quicktime 6.2 (or is it 3?) for it to work. since installing this codec, i've been able to view 3gp videos emailed to me by my brother (he uses the nokia 3650 celfone to capture the videos in 3gp). i used to only be able to view them on my wife's windows pc, using nokia multimedia player. now i can just double click on the 3gp file and quicktime plays it for me, in a bigger screen than the nokia multimedia player =)
