What should I do if my device gets infected by a virus? My antivirus only gives me an option to uninstall an infected app. Is it the only option? Is there other way to somewhat clean or fix it?

What makes you think you have a virus?

When I try to run my Antivirus, it just gives me the names of the apps I recently downloaded. One of them contains a virus, then on its right side shows the "Uninstall" button. I have been looking for the clean, fix or a heal tab but it's nowhere.

Which antivirus application and what is the name of the allegedly infected app?

It's the antivirus that has an icon that looks like a colorful jigsaw puzzle. The app is the Bomb Toss game. By the way, the icon looks like hands holding together forming a some sorta jigsaw puzzle piece . In cases similar to those, in the future, do I just uninstall them? I don't wanna lose my saved high scores really.
