Having installed more HP printers than I care to remember, it has left a nasty taste in my mind when the software came under-developed or other problems left me facing my clients without any support from the company. Epson hasn't done better either, unfortunately. My next printer will most likely be a Cannon, although I rarely print anymore. And anyway, why would I want to spend almost $100 on cartridges alone for my home printer as I had to do on my last round? That industry needs to rethink itself pronto :)
