Hello all, I am content writer and I was in search of one ebook writing application for my iPad 2 where I can easily store all ebooks, pdfs and also create it with more words and special effects.

Word or Open Office for source. There are a few really good PDF converters online for free. If I remember right, this one did a good job of keeping links intact. The best solution obviously, would be a copy of Adobe Acrobat Pro if you want a lot of control over the document.

Thanks a lot,
Tony

There are some several apps that could do the stuffs for you. For PDF files you could use PDF Max, my recently discovery which has a free version but still has many useful features like create, sync via iCloud, annotate PDFs. On the other hand, if you're looking for an all-in-one option, you could purchase QuichOffice, it's really worth the money.
