Do you think there is any chance that iOS 6 will support viewing the attachments?

Notes is showing two identical iCloud accounts, which means that it's showing doubles of all my notes. When I look at the Notes folder in my iCloud mail account, there is only one copy of each note. If I delete one of the two notes within Notes, both are deleted (which is certainly not good behavior, either).

Anyone else having this problem? Any hints to fix it?

I use Stickies every two or three weeks. It's highly functional, even if it's not needed daily.

I had a similar problem, but i unticked notes from icloud on my iphone and ipad and only let the notes sync through email, much easier that way.

Notes with pics and search in IOS would be practical.

I cant believe that it only syncs the text from a doc to IOS.

Maybe in two years time ?

Apple when the company is a total freak.

I installed Mountain Lion this AM but haven't opened Notes (or Mail) yet.

I had many hundreds of notes in a bunch of folder hierarchies. It's not clear in the screen shots, or anything else I've seen/heard, if hierarchies are preserved, if they are shown, or just what happens.

I have two iCloud accounts as well. One has all my old notes and has been taking my new folders and notes. The other has a "Notes" folder by default, and is empty. I can't delete it.

I use stickies all the time, mainly for telephone conversations, and to take notes from my answering machine. Also, however for obscure little things I don't want to create a normal word processing file for. I'll give notes a try though, once my iPad arrives.

I have 3 Macs. I currently have Lion on each of them, but once I upgrade to Mountain Lion, my old 2006 MacPro will be left behind and will have to live with Lion until it dies.

I need to know how notes is going to work across machines with different OS. Since notes in Lion are part of Mail, but a seperate app in Mountain Lion, will I still be able to keep notes synced between machines?

The best feature of OLD notes was the Find feature - you could search a note for information. Sadly, now, we have less functionality than iOS - spotlight can't search notes, and the genius feature of being able to find a not with the text, but not the text within the note, has triumphantly arrived in OS X.

This is worse than bad. Any suggestions for iCloud syncing notes that can search text within the note, would be greatly appreciated.
