Bar in Mountain Lion help

Just updated to Mountain Lion, but I have a black bar on screen, showing everything from key stroke to web loading. How do I get rid of it?, very anoying. Thanks for help.

It sounds like you've enabled VoiceOver and it's preview window. Hitting command-F5 or going to System Preferences > Accessibility > Seeing > VoiceOver will allow you to disable it.
