Signature in Mail (ML) Can't install graphic of personal signature in Mt. Lion

Unless I am missing something, the graphic of my personal signature in Mail went away in Mountain Lion, and as hard as I try, I can't get a graphic to paste into the Signature panel in Mail preferences.
Any ideas?

Think carefully about whether you really want what may be a viable copy of your signature distributed widely.
