Hi

ive recently bought an Apple Macbook pro 2011, i7 2.2Ghz CPU, 16GB RAM, 250GB SSD running Mountain Lion.

I have worked in IT windows environment for about 10 years now and I plan to use my macbook to learn OS X.

So heres my question I want to create a virtual network with Lion Server, with both 10.6 and 10.7 client machines and possible linking to a windows 2008 server depending on speed issues etc this is to try and replicate the problems i may face going forward.

Long term I plan to have physical Windows 2008 server and physical OS X server (mac mini).

Any help would be great

Thanks

Not sure what help you might specifically need.

Here is a start point - talks about the restrictions: http://kb.vmware.com...ernalId=2005793

Here is guidance on how to set it up: http://pubs.vmware.c...C2F378C5B9.html

and

http://partnerweb.vm...acOSX_10_7.html

Not sure if that gets you what you need.
