Maybe Apple could rebrand as ¡Phone! In Mexico.
I've always thought Apple missed an opportunity to make the iPod logo ¡pod! (reads the same upside down)

Reading some of the articles on Apple's reshuffle, one would think that Jony Ive sits and eats bit of aluminium and glass all day long. When he goes to sleep, the digestive system does its work and when Ive wakes up and takes a dump, out pops a fully designed iDevice.
Jony Ive has never worked in isolation and has gone out of his way to credit his team. When you look at the early iPhone designs that came to light in the Samsung trial, look closely and you'll find the iPhone4 in there, designed way back in 2006 (not by Jony Ive IIRC). Apple never lost sight of that design and probably ended up with the original and iPhone3 designs because the tech to produce the iPhone4/4S/5 either didn't exist or was not up to scratch.
Jony isn't going to sit and redesign every icon, button, etc in OSX or iOS -- he is going to present his vision and provide direction to his teams about where they should be going. I'm sure we are not going to see spinning icons when you launch an App, or a Genie kind of effect when closing one -- what we're likely to see is a more intuitive interface with clearer but understated design elements.

I love it! It'd be nice to see it animated to slowly revolve and shows the same spelling head over heels.

It's been a while since I've gasped and said "oh my god, that's amazing."
You, sir, made me do so. What an advertising moment it could've been!
