Would seem to be smarter for people to go with AirPlay/Bluetooth connections rather than go for a dock with another proprietary connector.

True, but some people need the charging capability provided by the connector.

That has no relevant meaning. Dynamic range is measured in dB, usually a negative number. Frequency response is measured in Hz. I'm guessing this unit has a frequency response of 40Hz to 20 kHz, which may be a little optimistic. But most audio devices are technically capable of high frequency response up to 20 kHz. Sorry to get all "science boy" on you, but I just want to help you with your credibility. Otherwise, good article!

Still waiting for one to come out with a charger, speakers, remote and CLOCK. There are dozens with the 30 pin connector and zero for the new one.
The day Micro$oft makes something that doesn't suck is the day they start making vacuum cleaners.
