Spoke to my local brick-and-mortar store in the UK and they weren't even aware that LTE iPad-mini had gone on sale -- their advice was to keep checking Apple's website for delivery times.

The discussion on Apple iPad community support late last night indicates that the devices were being delivered ahead of necessary data for at least one carrier to activate them. Seems to be working better now and plenty of time left before mine arrives...Zzzzzzzz

Recd my iPad Mini 32g Cel cpl days ago, and really like all of it. The faster 4G is better, and noticeable tied to Verizon network. I got it to replace 1 of 3 other iPads. The compactness is perfect for my travels and I find nothing shorted here. The keyboard, etc is fine, even though my hands are larger. Nothing to not like about the Mini.

I STILL want to know if you buy a verizon version can you change the SIM to ATT later if you want? You could with the old ipad 3.
