Any help here would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Suddenly I cannot open attachments to email messages that are arriving in my Outlook inbox. I am using a MacBook Air with OX version !0.7.5 . I can see - in faint grey- the title of the attachment as part of the header information but can't download or view the attachment. At the bottom of the Outlook screen I see the bar that indicates progress in downloading attachments; it flashes on and off with no action on the 7 downloads mentioned.
A related problem (I think) is the fact that I can't seem to permanently delete any messages in my email in box. I can delete them for a few minutes and then they come back.
Is this a synchronization problem/ what can I do to resolve this?
By the way when i go to my email mailbox by accessing it through the web I CAN read my attachments.
Once again thanks

What kind of email account is it? POP? IMAP? Exchange (I am assuming this is not the case since you mentioned the webmail access)?
If IMAP, then it might be worth deleting the account in Outlook and then adding it back it. Since this should not cause you to loose anything, it might help if it is some "glitch" with the server connection/settings.

I am experiencing the same issues, unable to read attachments, unable to delete. I also noticed that Outlook is constantly trying to sync but unable to even though I am on the company network that hosts the Exchange server.
