"Well, hopefully someone has come and sprayed your house for Blodgets and Lyons by now, but if you happen to run into one, feel free to print Dediu’s numbers out and swat the little buggers with them."
I wish I could print Dediu's numbers to the soles of my shoes so I could squash Blodgets & Lyons underfoot.

The problem with Blodgetts and Lyons' is they don't let the facts interfere with their (mindless) opinions. Isn't that true for cockroaches, too?

Henry Blodgett is a convicted stock fraud felon. Why does anyone pay any attention to him at all. He has already proven that the truth eludes him.

"Which, of course, is what the Macalope’s been saying for, oh, ever. But to your Blodgets and Lyons (and if you have Blodgets and Lyons, call your local exterminator—those things will gnaw through your woodwork and generally just drive your property values down), developers will eventually standardize on Android because it’ll get so big that they’ll simply have to! Even if most of the money is spent on iOS. Because, uh, hey, look over there! Is that Steve Wozniak riding a Segway and wearing Google Glasses?!"
I just love your stuff! Thanks!

The Macalope wrote: Kontra dryly notes that he can’t wait to see how Wall Street punishes Apple for these results and rewards Amazon. For some reason, while Amazon is the big “winner” of the dot-com bubble, it still gets treated with the same dot-com kid gloves. “Just keep losing money! We know you’ll make money some day!”
Buh?
Someday over the rainbow.......
Yeah and this ain't Kansas any more Toto!
I guess as long as investors keep propping up A, they'll get by with this scheme, but some day a kid watching the parade will shout for all to hear "the Emperor is nekid" and people will finally hear him, and then the party's over!
Then that kid will get to go home and rub his antlers on the nearest Money Tree and rejoice!
