Windows Compatible version of Text Expander

Greetings with peace!

I would to like ask if there is a Windows compatible version of the Text Expander 4 in a Mac that supports Optional tags, Popup menu tags and Multiline fields of Text Expander 4. So far I have looked at both Breevy and PhraseExpress and none of them support them.

A forum for Macintosh users may not be the best place to ask questions about Windows software. You might be more successful in a forum for people who use Windows, though you may have to give them a two-sentence explanation of what Text Expander does.

However, a quick Web search turned up PhraseExpress, which they describe as "Text Expander for Windows," here.
