Well, I was going to complain about the price, comparing it to the essentially identical "Printopia", but I see "Printopia" is also up to $19.95.

Both very, very handy.

Printopia has give me no problems and does the same thing. If I could get cellular print to office printer or desktop, I'd be thrilled.

The closest I've found to this is HP's ePrint service. It's limited to what is essentially email-only, but it works for that.

If you are a doctor you sure should not be "print patient notes or prescriptions" to Dropbox!

True, but you can also create a new folder on your computer and select that folder to print to. You don't have to print directly to Dropbox with FingerPrint as the only virtual printing option.
