I received the below given subscription Reminder from iTunes.

The above link took me to my iTunes Account Page which was simply blank. I don't even remember I ever paid subscription for that magazine. How to stop that 'automatic renewal'? Thanks!

My guess is a Fishing E-mail. I wouldn't click on any links. Go to your Apple store through ITunes and check things out.
