Samsung's issue with Hogan is just a PR ploy to divert attention away from the fact that they could not have won the case, based on their own internal communications regarding the willful effort to copy Apples products. Samsung would rather the buying public to think that their lawyers were incompetent and a juror was dishonest rather than remember that Samsung was, from their own evidence, guilty as charged.
