iTunes 11: What's missing, what's changed

I have to add myself to the growing chorus of users unhappy with iTunes 11. I downloaded it expecting just an upgrade in performance- NOT A COMPLETE OVERHAUL FROM THE GROUND UP!!!!
Whatever happened to the concept of user-friendly? This thing is user-hostile.
As I wade through this mess, I'll have a growing list of things I want back. For now here's the first two:

1)Coverflow

2)Alphabetizing by artist last name. You know what I mean: "Frank Zappa" under "Z"- not "F."

I have added songs from CDs
Some of the music from specific CDs don't show up in ITunes, but are in the LIbrary

iTunes 11 is broken...plain and simple
Try looking up an artist that appears in a compilation. Not there.
Try the Go To button while in the artist tab - ummm - no go.
Try switching from Video back to Music - ahhh - nope. The program stalls - nothing happens. Oh well - have to relaunch the program.

Visually it's great but organizationally it's all over the map. There were some great ideas attempted but ultimately as stated above it gets confusing.

I keep hoping an update fixes the elementary problems as i mentioned but there is still some rethinking needed.

I don't miss cover flow. But for those who do there is a little program called "Cover Stream". It's way better and quite customizable.

What I do miss is the ability to use "Clutter". This was a very neat way to display/organize album art and launch songs on the desktop. It's lost the ability to launch a song or album with the new iTunes. It is no longer being developed and if there is anyone out there who can fix it please let me know.

i'm still using Snow Leopard on a 3 year old iMac. I'm frankly tired of the constant upgrade push.

iTunes11 is broken - there is no way to sort in the iTunes store. There is a long string of complaints in Apple communities (https://discussions....555075?tstart=0) but nothing has been done. Any ideas, please?? Or do I have to go back to 10.7?

I have 300+ books downloaded in PDF format. I've loaded them all into iTunes and, untli now, I've been able to keep them neatly sorted into categories of my own choosing. All of a sudden, in iTunes 11, they've taken away the ability to sort PDFs by category so all my books appear as a jumble. For no visible reason, Apple has chosen to make my life harder for me than it was before (well, at least it did until I downgraded to iTunes 10).

Hi , i have a problem with itunes 11...and i really need that itunes. The problem is next...first time when i installed the itunes , has opened. Now , when i want to use again( to open) doesn't work. Why? I had been installed again and again, but still not working. What i can do? Please help!!!
