I can't deal with Due, i believe it is a bugged application with lots of potential. Until they solve everything i'll stick to Fantastical, which has a much better recognition and interactivity.

Please review FinderPop. It is my favorite utility on all my Macs, and it is free!

Display Menu has a terrible bug which several people have pointed out. When it is added to the login items, the entire list of login items is deleted with subsequent restarts. The developer has not responded to multiple emails and postings found on the App Store. I found another program called SwitchResX that has worked well for me.

FreeSpace is a great little menu app. Just wish you could move the FS icon to another location on the menu bar. It seems to be stuck in one position.

This is an issue with all third-party menu items. But check out Bartender, also one of the favorites included in this article—it lets you move any third-party menu item.
