Tablet Data Transfer For Google Nexus 7

Hi Everyone! I have a question, and I hope someone can help me. I'm renowned as a tech expert in Oklahoma City. For Christmas, both me and my neighbor got 32 GB Google Nexus 7 tablets. My neighbor and I are having one problem, though. We are both transferring from an iOS platform. She has a jailbroken iPhone 3GS and a jailbroken http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPad_2 that both have tons of data on them. Well, Apple doesn't have an iCloud feature for Android. So I'm wondering this: is there any way to transfer ANY game save data from iOS to Android. This is an extremely urgent question, so please reply!
