Do they guarantee lifetime ability to download your library as long as you maintain an account like Audible? No. In fact, you can only have two audio books downloaded at one time. Right there is the show-stopper. Once I have my audio books downloaded from Audible, they're mine. Period.

I just don't see the value of going with them when Audible is well established, has a great user community and has so many more books. Not to mention I get to keep my books, and re-download them any time I want. Great integration with iTunes and the downloading process is a breeze.

Audible wins on every single count, except streaming audio books. And even then, what good is that? You actually have to stream the book for three minutes to "purchase" them. No, to rent them. They're not yours to keep.

There's just no competition between the two services.
