I would never use their product due to their spammy advertising. The endless pop-ups and fake headlines like "Your Mac may be infected, run this scan to speed up your Mac!" just scream "spyware," "junk," and "spammer" to me.

It may be a good product (though I doubt it), but I won't reward a company that advertises like that.

It has never even occured to me that this could possibly be a legitimate product. Always screamed typical scareware-malware.

I bought it, while I was looking to a alternative to cocktail, but found the app clean my mac much more to my liking. Both do essentially the same thing, and both adhere to the subscription model kind of software which I don't really like. Because once the subscription runs out, the software is essentially useless. I guess I am old school, since I like when I purchase something to be able to use it until I die, or delete it.

Well...they must be legitimate since they are still in business. They aren't modest but they aren't scum.
