Help
Periodically when I am working on an e-mail in Outlook on my MAC, or when I am on Chrome webpage, when I move my mouse, a large arrow appears on the left of the screen which literally grabs the page I'm on and closes it. When I'm typing a mail it is lost and can't be recovered. In Chrome, I have to log back into the webpage. You can't go back to the screen you were on prior to this strange activity.
Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
