I'm using Safari 5.1.7 on a white iMac running 10.6.8.

When I try to access an FTP server, my machine opens Firefox. I quit using Firefox some time ago as it became such a memory hog, etc, etc.

When I did use FF, I also had an FTP add-on that worked well.

Right now I use Filezilla for FTP access, but I'd like to just access them from Safari. I can't find an FTP extension for Safari and trying anything else just opens Firefox.

Any ideas?
