I am quite disappointed with the achievable volume on Jambone - but I'm not sure Solemate corrects that sufficiently to warrant additional $200.

You missed my favorite feature of the Solemate vs. the Jambox: USB audio.

Bluetooth audio is great, but when you don't want to fuss with connections, it's really nice to be able to use USB, since you're already using it for power, most likely.
