They better get a fix pretty darn soon! Now that iOS is being accepted into the enterprise more, this doesn't help at all and is a very serious matter! I was expecting an update this week!

There is also an issue (going on since Lion came out around July 2011) that affects Mac Mail and Exchange if there is more than one Exchange account being connected to. Mail folders start disappearing.

There are over 43000 views of this issue on Apple's support site and 280 comments. It just amazes me that this hasn't been fixed. In fact, there was a workaround and after an update by Apple the workaround didn't work.
