Help
I receive Word files with different paragraph formats. When I sub them I want them to be in Arial and with a spacing of 10 between each paragraph. I have to open the Styles window, change the font and then change the paragraph spacing. Surely there is a way to set up a standard style that I can just click on to do all this for me?
