bootmngr is compressed

Hi

I am fairly new to Macs, having migrated from Windows a few months ago

So far I am happy with the Mac OS but i've still hang onto Windows by having bootcamp on my drive running Windows 7

Anyway, I gave away my Windows disc after I installed my bootcamp thing but now after trying to save space on my windows partition by compressing it I cant get back into the windows

It just tells me that the bootmngr is compressed. It wants me to press ctrl+alt+del but the keyboard wont respond

I can use the Mac OS no prob, but I want my windows back...

How can I uncompress the partition for bootcamp without having to track down my old windows cd and reinstalling it again.

I have work files on there as well
