Run Time Error 4198 Template problem

My wife has a 2012 Mac Boo Pro and has Word 2011 for Mac installed. She is trying to put a customised template into Word but gets a run time error 4198. I know nothing about Macs but I wonder if anyone has any idea as to how she might make the template work.

If you need more information I'll get it from my wife.
