Macbook Air gray screen then black screen on startup with Win 7 installed

When I start my air, I can't see the Apple logo, it turns to gray screen.

After 2 mins, it turns to black screen, sometimes it hangs here sometimes it goes to Win 7 login page and hangs.

Others:
1. My default startup OS is win 7.
2. I can't select OS by pressing 'option' key when startup.
3. I tried other keys('C', 'V', 'Shift', 'Option+Command+R+P") when startup, not working.

Appreciate any clues.
